FULL TIME IT SUPPORT TECHNICIAN

• Familiar with MS Windows & Office, TCP/IP & Windows networking.

• Loading and setting up PCs and laptops, Installing/uninstalling/updating software

• Managing printers

• Helping and advising users

• Responding to user’s requests

• Solving hardware/software problems

• An open-minded approach and ability to adapt quickly to a variety of environments is essential.

• Knowledge of Linux an advantage.
