Infrastructure projects are approached with creativity and innovation to ensure client expectations are exceeded.
Jones Bros is constructing the infrastructure of a 110 acre mixed development at Parc Cybi, Holyhead, Anglesey for the Welsh Assembly Government. The capital value is £6.7m and is due to be completed in summer 2008.
The site has been registered for the Considerate Constructors Scheme and has been given an interim award by the Institute of Civil Engineers for its sustainability work.
At times the Jones Bros team have been sharing the site with more than 40 archaeologists who have logged artefacts dating back to the Neolithic period.
Work includes the construction of 1750m of 7.3m wide carriageway, 4 new roundabouts, modification to the existing A55 slipway roundabout, footpaths, highway and surface water drainage, a new concrete underpass, landscaping and service diversions. |
